Book your May Public Holiday and Spring breaks at Blenheim Lodge!
The first May Public Holiday long weekend begins on Friday, 3rd May, and at Blenheim Lodge we still have some late availability over this weekend. We have rooms available for double, twin or triple occupancy throughout the weekend, including May Day Monday and onwards, with guests being able to book lovely quirky rooms with wonderful Lake Windermere or fell views. With tariffs retained from previous years, our May long weekend prices start from only £119.50 per night, including breakfast when booking DIRECTLY with us at Blenheim Lodge. For dates outwith the public holiday weekend, prices begin from £118.50 per night, including breakfast.
“Like sleeping on a cloud” is what our guests tell us.
All our rooms at Blenheim Lodge are unique in style and decor. Many of our rooms have antique furniture which compliments the age of our Victorian guest house, although, of course, all our rooms have been sympathetically modernised with en-suite/private facilities and comfortable beds with handmade pocket-sprung mattresses.
If you are feeling romantic, why not book a 4-Poster room at Blenheim Lodge? The Langdale boasts amazing panoramic views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. This lovely room is dominated by a substantial William IV 4-poster bed and has two comfortable chairs placed strategically in the triple bay windows to take in those incredible views.

At Blenheim Lodge, we have tried our best to retain the Victorian charm of each of our bedrooms. The Attic is a characterful and quirky room, and was so named because it is situated under the eaves of our four-storey house. The Attic has an intricately hand-carved antique Louis XV bed and a private bathroom with a freestanding bath. From the velux window in this room, there are far-reaching views over Lake Windermere and the mountains.

The Fairfield is our largest room. Decked out in colours of burgundy and off-white, this room has a queen-size bed. Take a seat in the handcrafted loveseat at the huge floor to ceiling bay windows that make up at least half the wall, and look out onto beautiful Lake Windermere and beyond towards the northern fells.

My favourite room of all at Blenheim Lodge is The Dalesway. This pretty room is decorated in a Laura Ashley palette of oyster shades, and also possesses a daybed and a double bed. Looking out over tranquil fell-land, The Dalesway has a restful feel, and can sleep up to three people for double, twin, or triple occupancy. Please not that there is a third person charge when booking three people into this room.
