Holidays! We all need them – to rest; to refresh our spirits; to spend time with loved ones or simply to be. As 2019 leads into 2020, why not take those holidays in the Lake District National Park? Grab a few days from work and the busyness of your everyday life and come spend those few days or more in the Lake District to see in the New Year. Take a break in the tranquil setting of one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and take time for yourself!

Blenheim Lodge is a peaceful and relaxing Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Lake Windermere is a mere 5-minute walk from our door, and our guest house is quite literally nestled into a Lakeland fell, Brantfell. Thus behind our house may be found walks and viewpoints for guests to discover.

From our guest rooms and lounge at Blenheim Lodge, guests can take in some truly incredible views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. Take a little time out to enjoy our homely Lakeland retreat. We offer pretty rooms, each with their own character, and comfortable beds for an excellent night’s sleep.

Although we offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation only, we can help with booking guests into local places to eat for evening meals. This is how the skies looked early this morning. By late morning, the clouds had been blown away by a brisk breeze, and only blue skies and bright sunshine remained. Then, in the afternoon, the rains started to arrive a little more steadily, making for a wetter day.
This view can be seen from The Fairfield room.
