The Lake District National Park is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy in England. There are scenic lakes, natural woodlands and high fells. All are open to visitors to enjoy. What a gift this area is to a Nature lover!
Hubby and I went walking with Zack recently at Rydal Water. Man-made caves also exist near the Water from slate mining operations two centuries ago. It was a dull day, and even a little damp. Nonetheless, the views still impressed, and the walk was a success.
I have just put up a post on our Facebook page with a sequence of photos depicting our walk. Do please take a look. Our B&B, Blenheim Lodge, is centrally located in the heart of the Lakes, and Rydal Water is only 20 minutes’ ride from our place, with easy access by public or private transport. If you like gentle walks and stunning scenery, you would enjoy time out at Rydal Water!
Of course the Lake District National Park is open year round. So, if your wish is to escape the hubbub of daily life to a beauteous place for New Year, why not check out our late availability for a B&B break? Stay with us for a relaxing getaway and visit Rydal Water and other places of outstanding beauty in the Lakes for yourself? Our New Year Bed and Breakfast tariffs are only £65 per night for single en-suite rooms with Lake and fell views, and from only £107 per night for double en-suite rooms, also with Lake and fell views. And, if you book four or more nights DIRECTLY WITH US AT BLENHEIM LODGE BY PHONE OR EMAIL, £10 will be deducted off your last night of stay as a little nod of welcome to 2017!
