The Lake District National Park: beautiful in all seasons

The Lake District National Park is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy in England. There are scenic lakes, natural woodlands and high fells. All are open to visitors to enjoy. What a gift this area is to a Nature lover!

Hubby and I went walking with Zack recently at Rydal Water. Man-made caves also exist near the Water from slate mining operations two centuries ago. It was a dull day, and even a little damp. Nonetheless, the views still impressed, and the walk was a success.
